Through Irkalla Investments we seek to maximise returns through long-term capital appreciation and above market returns without compromising on our values.
Irkalla Private Markets transforms companies into global leaders and inspires the next generation of entrepreneurs. We deliver the triple jump, generating financial, societal and environmental returns through our partnerships and portfolio.
Where We Came From
Irkalla grew out of investing in micro and small businesses in frontier markets during the height of the financial crisis. Irkalla Capital brought together the Acquisitions team and the Performance Improvement team under a single roof. This enables us to acquire, work with and improve the profitability of our partner businesses throughout the entire deal cycle.
Our internal Performance Improvement team have deep experience from the top Consulting firms in operational excellence and management to support our businesses grow revenue and margin. Our internal consultancy enables us to make improvements and see them through.
After years of successfully transforming and growing businesses we launched Irkalla Capital to bring together the capabilities of our Public Markets team and the experience of our Private Market SMEs.
